Butter Cake

 Ingredients
  • Lots of Butter
  • Lots of Sugar
  • Lots of Flour
  • Egg (Taste and colour)
  • Milk (Taste)

Procedure
  1. Butter + Sugar, then egg.
    Flour + Milk.
  2. Mix all together, pour into cake tin.
    Bake into 170'C oven.

Cheesecake

Sponge Cake

 Ingredients
  • Egg x5
  • Butter (Few)
  • Sugar (Taste)
  • Milk (Few)
  • Flour
 
    Procedure
    1. Blend all ingredients together into semi-liquid state, put into container.
    2. Put into oven (350 degree celcius).

    Cheesecake (Refrigerated)

    Ingredients
    • Butter (few)
    • Cracker
    • Cheese
    • Cream (few)
    • Milk (few)

    Procedure
      1. Spread butter into and around container. (Prevent sticking of the cake afterwork)
      2. Make the cracker as crust as base of the cake.
      3. Mix cheese, cream and milk by blender, put into container and above the crust.
      4. Ready to refrigerator.

      Remarks
      • The cheesecake can be very weak after refrigerator, hard crust base under the cake is needed to support the cake.
